Portraits of San Francisco I: The sense of humor
I love this city, and I'm going to try to portray it as I see it. One of the things I appreciate most is how relaxed its inhabitants are. Seriously, you can walk down the street dressed however you want, and no one will be surprised. There will be no judgment; on the contrary, if anything, they'll come over to comment on how pretty your slippers are or how good that flowerpot looks on your head. In short, they are very witty and have a great sense of humor. Another thing I love is that there are so many people with dogs.
To illustrate the two aforementioned points, I show you the following photo, probably the best one I'll ever take in my life, not for its technique but for its content.
Do you see it? The dog, quite large, is on top of the motorcycle, dressed in its own helmet and goggles. Can you believe it? I still can't. Please look at how perfectly he places his paws so he doesn't fall off. As they would say around here, he looks so cool.
I have no words.
This city is full of geniuses.
I love San Francisco.
