I really like how this girl has used sparkle during the day. She has toned down the effect of the sequins by wearing jeans and a vest over them. Do you remember what we talked about with dress-up and dress-down? Well, that's what she's done here. Sequins are very dressy and eye-catching, even more so during the day, so adding more relaxed and casual elements creates a graceful balance. The result is that she looks very beautiful. Another good choice is the flat sandals; if she had worn high heels, it would have been too much, plus she is very tall and can perfectly afford to go flat.
I like the way this girl uses shines during daytime. She manages to counteract the effect of the sequins wearing more relaxed pieces like jeans and a a vest. The sandals are a good choice too, since heels would have dressed her up too much and she's tall enough to look great without them.
