Bloggers at Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week
I really like the atmosphere leading up to a fashion show, the palpable nervousness, people moving back and forth, camera flashes, the buzz, the changing of seats... it's fun.

But what I liked most about this edition of Cibeles was meeting some bloggers I already knew and others I just met.
.
The first was La Ratita Presumida, whom I ran into as soon as I arrived, and it was a warm welcome that foreshadowed a good weekend. We'll keep that half-picture for our personal album, right? Good thing I lost you, otherwise I would have missed all the shows because I wanted to chat with you so much.
.
Then Lujosa Barcelona, who is tall like a model and an eminence who gets front-row seats at Ángel Schlesser, as she should. Plus, she always worries about leaving someone a press pass, or if she can get an extra ticket... she's on top of everything and you can tell she's a star.

Sorry for the poor quality photo, Mayka, my camera sometimes has a mind of its own...
.
I stopped Mayte de la Iglesia before realizing who she was because she was wearing, as you'll see below, the most beautiful skirt in all of Cibeles. Then I was completely won over because she seems absolutely lovely.

She told me the skirt was actually an Alma Aguilar dress and that she had been picking up sequins from the floor all day.

.
I ran into Gala at the entrance of a show and I found her Galician accent charming. I love that people keep their accents.

.
Xavi, as always pursued and surrounded by photographers, had the courtesy to share some shows with me. Thank you, sweetheart, you're a perfect companion.

.
I didn't manage to see Miss at la Playa although from what I see we coincided at many shows, but at least virtually we kept each other in mind. A huge hug!
.
Gabriela (El Vestidor's collateral blogger) came on Sunday to give a style lesson and share tips in the bathroom with Carmen Lomana. We'll talk about this later, but it's clear that those two are already on another level.

.
With Andrea Milián and the whole "see you later in the kissing-room" thing, I ended up not giving her two kisses. Pretty girl, I have to call you.
.
Mario (consort blogger) demonstrated that he has the patience of the saintly man he is and the imperturbability of someone with an abundance of self-esteem, because when people stopped him to take a photo he didn't even flinch, while I would jump for joy.

.
Because when Fernando from Chic too chic stopped me to take a photo and explained who he was, I almost fainted from emotion. Hello! How many times have I looked at his blog thinking, what could I do to make my photos look like that? Because guys, look at the difference in photos...

.
He also told me he read El Vestidor and liked the "gang of rascals" style it had. How exciting. And you don't know how much I appreciate it, Fernando, because the photo has served to boost my morale a bit. On Friday I went to get my hair cut and it looks more like I fought with the hairdresser.
Why are they like this? Why, if you tell them "long fringe please," do they leave it two fingers short? Could it be that prolonged exposure to the ammonia in dyes leaves them mentally paralyzed? Is there some kind of Public Defender one can go to complain to? It's not fair.
On top of that, she tells me, "it's not that it's badly cut, it's that it's in style now, it's in all the magazines." I felt like shouting at her "IN WHICH ONES? In the Loka Magazine you read at home? Or in Cuore next to an Argh symbol?" I could have killed her with my own hands, luckily at least I've learned to laugh when these things happen to me, although I confess it takes me a couple of days to find the humor in it.
From here I just wanted to ask you that when they mess up your hair like this, you let them know, so they don't go home thinking they've done a good job. And that together we pressure for a common platform for the defense of the common citizen against the frustrated creativity of the hairdressing guild.
Forgive me, in my unleashed fury I've strayed off topic. I'll continue talking about Cibeles but first of all: MANY KISSES TO EVERYONE I SHARED A BIT OF THIS WEEKEND WITH!!
