Bollywood Siren

Long live the second sales. I am delighted with the Bollywood-style pants I bought. I love the color and I love the feel; they're silk. They're so soft it's a real pleasure to walk in them and put my hands in the pockets. When it's time to clean them, I might not be so happy, but that's another story.

Pants: Stella Forest (wonderful brand), Shoes: Bimba & Lola, T-shirt: Jean Paul Gaultier from millennia ago, Necklace: forever21, Basket bag: a craft shop on Argensola corner Fernando VI (Madrid)

But what really drives me crazy is the green basket bag with a mermaid included that goes with it. I bought it for stepsister A over a month ago for her birthday, and since then I've seen her twice, and curiously both times I forgot to bring it to her. After the last time, when I got home and saw the bag patiently waiting by the entrance, I realized that my subconscious was playing tricks on me and conveniently making me forget it. Gifts are so complicated. There's nothing I like more in the world than giving gifts. In fact, I wish I could make a profession out of buying gifts for people. The problem is that sometimes I like what I buy so much that it's hard to let go.

So the day before sending the mermaid to her new home, I took her out for a spin to satisfy my craving. She's beautiful, don't you think? I have a certain tendency to like things that are "a bit extravagant."

Let's not even talk about the heels because I almost killed myself in them. I was looking for something simple, flat, comfortable... and I came home with 12 centimeters of wood!! 12!! I don't understand it; in the store, everything seems super comfortable and "not that high," but as soon as I walk out the door, suddenly the heels grow, and I find myself having to walk like a fawn until I get the hang of them. Because, of course, I eventually get the hang of them, HA! Me and some little heels... I can run 100 meters in those.

By the way, I'm going on vacation (I can't wait), I'm going to leave some posts scheduled so I don't completely abandon you. Understand that they will be a little simpler than what you're used to. Have a great time, those of you who are leaving, and get plenty of rest, those of you who are staying.

And to all, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Are you going to tell me that the year doesn't end in early August and a new one begins in September? For me, it does.
