Patricia G: a treasure at Speed&Bacon

Since in the previous post we talked about entrepreneurs, today I am going to introduce you to a talented young woman who recently made the leap from a fixed salary in a consultancy to the realization of a dream in uncertainty. This is accessories designer Patricia G.

Due to work, Patricia was often forced to travel to Burma and surrounding countries. Far from getting bored in the hotel, she began to discover local craftsmanship and soon developed a hobby of creating her own accessories with malleable metallic threads and semi-precious stones. As you will often have heard in stories about people who embark on creating a brand, her creations soon began to attract the attention of friends, then acquaintances, and finally the general public.

At Speed&Bacon we are very lucky to have her pieces for sale, her enormous talent, and above all her warm personality.

The most incredible thing is that Patricia G's career doesn't end at Speed&Bacon; on the contrary, one could say it's just the beginning. Last season, Álvaro and Arnaud, the wonderful minds behind Alvarno, discovered Patricia's work and proposed a joint collaboration for their summer collection.

The three of them worked hand-in-hand for months to finally create an absolutely superb collection that we were able to admire last September at Madrid Fashion Week. Patricia's accessories perfectly complemented the wonderful garments created by Alvarno. Everything was perfect, the show, the clothes, the accessories, the metal pieces that Patricia crafted as garments; it was absolutely spectacular.

Such a union of talents deserves to be seen in action again so they can surprise and blow our minds with what we see before our eyes, as few others do in this country.

Meanwhile, you can enjoy Patricia's personal collection at Speed&Bacon (c/Don Ramón de la Cruz nº26, 5ºA).

Hugs,
La Condesa who loves malleable golden metal
