Lord Wilmore

In recent press presentations, my hands have been drawn to glasses. Maybe it's because they hide dark circles, or maybe it's because they help you instantly blend into a new character.

With these Dior sunglasses, I instantly became a total rockstar.

However, with these other Chanel glasses, I felt like I was being taken over by the mannerisms of an eccentric lady. That's how glasses are; they hide you, they enhance you, they make you more yourself, or they turn you into someone new.

That's why I was so happy when my dear Lord Wilmore decided to invest his personal fortune in launching an eyewear brand. You see, as a good aristocrat, I like to associate with people of my own lineage, which is why I've been friends with Lord Wilmore for years, and I consider it a great honor. Lord and I were servants of the same master for a long time; we shared endless hoooooooooours chained to a laptop, we lived under fluorescent lights as our only natural light, and we survived thanks to the disproportionate intake of alcohol when we were allowed certain hours of freedom. Yes, Emilio, ahem, Lord Wilmore and I were colleagues at a triple-named consulting firm.

These glasses I'm wearing are the Baxter model by Lord Wilmore, acetate glasses with a WOOD finish! (I'm a nerd, yes, but wood-finished, even more hipster if possible). The feigned surprised face is not automatically generated with the glasses; you have to practice it.

Now my dear Lord has earned his freedom by sheer effort and is entering the real world with the intention of doing good for humanity after having spent many years in a gilded cage. Quite contrary to Edmond Dantès*, he wanted to give a positive meaning to his years of captivity, and for every pair of glasses you buy from him, he will donate another pair to the NGOs listed on his website.

So, in short, I'm telling you that Lord Wilmore has designer glasses at popular prices, it's a completely online Spanish company so you won't find it in opticians, you can try on the glasses for free at home with no obligation to buy, and they are all so beautiful that you'll have trouble choosing.

Since Emilio is a friend, you will frequently see posts and photos on my social media openly and clearly promoting him. I hope you don't mind, but friends, an entrepreneur's life is tough, and if we don't help each other, tell me who will... the banks?... HA! (Pgfdasss, I just choked with laughter). As I said, if you need cool prescription or sunglasses, buy them from Lord Wilmore... well, and while we're at it:
  • If you need to buy super cool sports shoes, don't even think of doing it anywhere else but RunBabyRun
  • If you need wonderful soaps, Olivia has the best
  • If you want to buy the most beautiful Spanish souvenirs, Real Fábrica Española has them all
  • If you're looking for beautiful children's clothing made in Spain, SeeSaw and María are what you're looking for
  • If you need a wedding planner in the Valencia area, Maca is the best
  • If you're crazy about international cosmetics, Laconicum is your place
  • If you're looking for furniture with soul that you don't have to assemble at home, go to Passage Privé
  • .....
My goodness, so many entrepreneurs around me, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some. I know they're hammering us with the idea that entrepreneurship is the solution to everything in life now; maybe it is, I don't know, dears, but meanwhile, I'll tell you it's really hard, and any of these people would be immensely grateful if you gave them an opportunity instead of the multinationals that act surprised when a building collapses in Bangladesh.

Oh, by the way, if you need a top-notch jacket, I would recommend...

*Lord Wilmore is one of the characters Edmond Dantès invents to carry out his revenge in "The Count of Monte Cristo." In the end, we all come from a false count.
