If not now, WHEN?
In the field of advertising, it has always been controversial for a young model to be the face of a product aimed at women quite a bit older than the model. Luckily, this has changed. For some seasons now, it has been common to see women over 60 leading some of the advertising campaigns for the most prestigious brands. For example, Jacquie Murdock, at 82 years old, became the face of Lanvin in the autumn of 2012.

Or Joan Didion in Céline's campaign for Spring 2015.

In an era where social media has become the ultimate trendsetter, it couldn't escape the influence of grey power. Profiles like Advanced Style on Instagram show us that style and a zest for life are not at odds with age.

Thanks to this profile, we can discover wonderful women like Colleen Heidemann, who has lived in cities like Bangkok, New York, London, and Paris, among others, throughout her life, enjoying the pleasures of life in her golden years in South Carolina, from where she dedicates her time to combating age prejudice.

Or haven't you ever wished to be as divine a lady as Iris Apfel someday?

Because getting older is not decadent and sad, as many people may think, but rather an opportunity to live life the way you've always truly wanted to, because as Colleen Heidemann says on her Instagram account, "if not now, WHEN?" We love this call to action to apply it daily, starting right now, regardless of age.

A week ago, we received a pleasant surprise in the form of an editorial. Volition Magazine published "Me", a fashion story featuring Gabriele as the protagonist, directed by photographer Tuba Eren and styled by Jessica Schönau.

We love the editorial, the photos, Gabriele, her attitude, and how she wears our Condesa Beatle blue and red. Because style and attitude have no age, and remember: "If not now, WHEN?"
