Last Thursday, La Condesa participated in an exciting dinner. Five outstanding women, a Michelin-starred Chef, and a 'Limited Edition' restaurant. These were the ingredients of the evening, and from there, CALM. A term less and less practiced among entrepreneurial women, and which Campofrío wanted to bring back into everyone's conversation, hoping we'll take note.

The legendary La Contraseña restaurant in Madrid was transformed for a few days into a spiritual retreat where nerves and worries were left at the door. Its name: Deliciosa Calma (Delicious Calm). If only they accepted reservations all year round!

The menu, created by Chef Susi Díaz, was most appealing and stress-free: 'I don't go to the gym because I don't feel like it', 'I can't tell you how important it is for me to look great after giving birth', or 'I also don't make it on time to pick up my children from school' were some of the day's suggestions.

And there, amidst laughter and delights, 5 women met who, without knowing it, had much in common as professionals with a calling. Marina Conde, CEO & Founder of La Condesa; Yliana Mendoza, CEO & Founder of FashionBiz 2.0; Beatriz García Quismondo, sales director and investing partner of Womenalia; journalist Lourdes Marín from El Economista and Marta Carruesco, CEO and Founder of Bee Bee Babies.

During dinner, they shared personal and professional experiences, discussing the famous work-life balance, stereotypes, statistics, 'taking the plunge'... And finally, they reached a conclusion: the fact that women dare to take the step of entrepreneurship is an educational matter. "In my 4-year-old daughter's school, the girls run the class. And what happens afterwards? What gets lost along the way?" - commented Marina.

As dreamers that we are at La Condesa, we conclude with a quote from Beatriz García, who states that entrepreneurship is simply a way of pursuing passions.
