Ondas
In the Italian December issue of Vogue, Anna Piaggi talks about "increspature, schiuma leggera, onda lunga, onda sismica...pre-waves in molti modi". This means that, according to her, waves will be very popular next season, more commonly known as ruffles. I wouldn't dare to disagree with this fashion guru, but is it really necessary for her to say it in such cryptic language (I'm not referring to Italian) and dedicate 4 pages to two paragraphs?
In the Italian issue of December's Vogue, Anna Piaggi predicts waves as a huge trend next season. That is the key message of the four pages she dedicates to explain her theory in a rather difficult way. Please don't get me wrong, I'm sure she's got her reasons, but I find listening to this fashion gurus quite strange since nowadays I have my faith in the voice of the street. People like you and me wearing waves any time we like regardless of the season.

I love well-placed ruffles, ahem, I meant waves, and I don't know if it's because I live in this country, but I have them for winter, summer, and even on my cooking apron. I mean the servants' apron, of course; a Countess doesn't just step into the kitchen.
I particularly like this skirt because, despite consisting of successive layers of tulle, it has a lot of drape, a concept almost opposite to tulle itself, so it's light and doesn't ruffle too much (I'm starting to talk like Anna, so I'd better go to sleep... I suggest you do whatever you want with waves, of course)
