Bougainvillea and Limoncello
It sounds like Rinconete y Cortadillo or even Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, but actually Bougainvillea and Limoncello are not literary characters, but two beautiful jackets that fit wonderfully and are made in colors capable of lifting the spirits of a twilight vampire.
The original pattern comes from the Pompeya jacket, which I will introduce to you another day. Once it was made, we realized that we had to make a simpler version, without the chains on the shoulders and sides. In the workshop, they suggested I make a minimalist version, where the cuts would stand out and the colors would be secondary, but minimalism gives me hives. Arguing that this year color blocking would be a hit, I went for a rustic silk dyed in colors that Titanlux would envy.
Like the rest of the collection, they are inspired by the Amalfi Coast, specifically by the flowers: the bougainvillea that grows on every corner, the fuchsia (do you call them that? what a fantastic name), the orange blossoms that grow and produce oranges and lemons the size of my head, which they use to make desserts, perfumes (J'adore Carthusia), and drinks. Oh! What a drink! Limoncello! Mamma mia, limoncello and limoncello cream, cold, homemade, in a tall, iced glass...pfff, I also think it's a digestive, or that's what they tell you to assuage the guilt of the fifth one.
As on other occasions, here are the photos that helped me decide on the colors.

(How is it that Esther is pregnant? Yes, yes, congratulations, congratulations, but... what about my muse? Last week I was at a super photographic production and I was amazed by how much makeup and styling each model had. I remembered Esther and appreciated even more that she looks so beautiful with the very limited means we have for taking photos. I can't imagine if one day we really give her the full production treatment.)

Now it's just you and I left to wear it. I promise to wear the sample one soon so you can see how beautiful it is. And you?
